Headline 5: Online camping reservations for Kelly, Magnolia, Moss and Trimble Parks will open at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, June 5 (no group camping); reservations will not be accepted over the phone or by email.

Clarcona Horse Park’s camp sites will be available in-person only, on a first-come, first-served basis, after 8 a.m. on Friday, June 5.

Headline 6: All youth, adult and senior programs and gatherings are suspended; all pavilion and room rentals are suspended; all fitness centers, gyms, game rooms, playgrounds, basketball courts, hockey rink, volleyball courts, splash pads, Kelly Park swimming area and the Fort Gatlin Pool are closed until further notice; and league play is cancelled at Lake Cane and Fort Gatlin tennis centers.

Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health of our citizens, Orange County has suspended EcoSaturdays and Nature Nuts programs until further notice.

Home of the Vera Carter Environmental Center which provides a variety of exhibits and displays. Hike on miles of trails and participate in ongoing environmental programs. No dogs or bicycles allowed.

With the exception of service animals, no pets are permitted in Tibet-Butler Preserve.

Trailblazers Update

  • Palmetto Passage is CLOSED.
  • All other trails are open but flooded; water-proof boots are recommended.
  • Trailblazer Hiking Program: hike 20 miles in the Preserve and get a free T-shirt! Register at the Preserve's Education office each time you visit.
Programs and Activities:
  • Eco Education programs are offered for field trips, related to Florida plants, wildlife and conservation. Advanced scheduling and a minimum of 10 paid participants is required. For more information call 407-254-1940 or email Jill.Danzl@ocfl.net.

  • EcoSaturdays are the perfect opportunity for a family outing to learn about the environment! Please note that adults must supervise their children through the duration of the class.
