Headline 5: Online camping reservations for Kelly, Magnolia, Moss and Trimble Parks will open at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, June 5 (no group camping); reservations will not be accepted over the phone or by email.

Clarcona Horse Park’s camp sites will be available in-person only, on a first-come, first-served basis, after 8 a.m. on Friday, June 5.

Headline 6: All youth, adult and senior programs and gatherings are suspended; all pavilion and room rentals are suspended; all fitness centers, gyms, game rooms, playgrounds, basketball courts, hockey rink, volleyball courts, splash pads, Kelly Park swimming area and the Fort Gatlin Pool are closed until further notice; and league play is cancelled at Lake Cane and Fort Gatlin tennis centers.

Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health of our citizens, Orange County has CLOSED the splash pads at Barber, Barnett, Bithlo, Capehart, Downey, and Dr. P. Phillips Community Parks and Fort Gatlin Recreation Complex’s pool until further notice.

The splash pad is a great way to spend time with family and friends year round! Groups of 10 or more are required to pre-register and may be required to pay group fees prior to visiting; for information on group reservations, please contact the site directly. Access may change or splash pads may close due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, maintenance, or special events; please call ahead to verify availability.

Splash pad capacity is limited to 62 people at a time; use of the splash pad is first come, first served.
Daily Sessions:
Session 1: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; Session 2: 3 - 7 p.m. (March-October)
Session 1: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; Session 2: 3 - 5 p.m. (November-February)
COST: $1/person/session on weekends and holidays March-October and weekdays June-August; groups must pre-register. Payment in small bills would be appreciated.

Adult Sports and Programs: Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health of our citizens, Orange County has suspended all senior programs and gatherings.

  • Bocce Ball is a free program for ages 55 and older on Tuesdays 11 - 11:45 a.m. It is a fun and exciting game to learn instructionally or just play!
  • Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Come play with us and find out why pickleball is so popular! Join in the fun on Thursdays 1 -2 p.m., for ages 55 and older. Cost: $2 per person.
  • Walking Club is a free program for ages 55 and older on Wednesdays 9 - 10 a.m.; bring a bottle of water and wear walking shoes. Walking is a wonderful way for older adults to be physically active and build endurance making every day activities easier.
