The purpose of the oversight committee is to assess the current state of Orange County�s Information technology resources, processes, networks, and systems; and develop and draft a strategic plan, or digital roadmap, that reduces risks, enables departments to be more effective and efficient, and aligns the County�s technology with the needs of residents, businesses, and visitors.
