Residential Water & Wastewater Bill Calculator

This calculator is designed to estimate only residential water and wastewater volume and fixed monthly charges based on rates that will be effective October 1, 2026. All other programs, fees, and services will be billed based on the rates effective at the time of billing. (#1) For Water, Irrigation, and Wastewater Meter Fixed Charges, locate the current charge on your bill for each corresponding section and select it from the drop-down in the Meter Fixed Charge boxes. If any section (Water, Irrigation, or Wastewater) does not apply to your bill, leave the box for that section blank. An example of where this charge can be found on your bill is provided below highlighted in yellow.

(#2) For Water, Irrigation, and Wastewater kgals Used, locate the Water Usage box for each corresponding section on your bill. Enter each into the kgals Used boxes to calculate what your bill would look like under the new rate structure. If any section (Water, Irrigation, or Wastewater) does not apply to your bill, leave the box for that section blank. An example of where water usage can be found on your bill is provided below highlighted in yellow.

(#3) If you have a Cross Connection Control Fee on your bill, select Y from the drop-down. Otherwise, select N or leave it blank. If you do have a Cross Connection Control Fee, it will be located under the Water Residential section of the bill. An example of this charge is provided below highlighted in yellow.

(#4) Select Y from the drop-down only if you have a section on your bill titled Irrigation Residential with a charge on it titled PRC Meter Fixed Charge. If so, enter the PRC Meter Fixed Charge amount in the Irrigation Fixed Meter Charge box. Then enter the water usage in the Irrigation kgals Used box. If your bill does not list the PRC code for Meter Fixed Charge, then select N or leave the box blank. An example of this charge is provided below highlighted in yellow.
