The All-American Boulevard project limits range from the intersection of Edgewater Drive and Clarcona-Ocoee Road to approximately 500 feet west of the intersection of Forest City Road (SR 434) and Kennedy Boulevard.
The project will consist of the construction of a new 4-lane roadway. Pedestrian safety will also be improved with the addition of sidewalks and bike lanes. Roadway lighting and median landscaping will also be included.
In addition, the existing All-American Boulevard, which will be renamed to Old All-American Boulevard, will be realigned so that it forms a “T” intersection with the new All-American Boulevard.
All-American Boulevard is being constructed to provide a direct connection between Clarcona-Ocoee Road, Forest City Road and Kennedy Boulevard. The new roadway will eliminate the unsafe curve of the existing All-American Boulevard and will serve to alleviate congestion.
The design was completed in March, 2011 but was not funded for right-of-way acquisition or construction.
The construction plans currently are being updated to meet current design standards and right-of-way acquisition is ongoing.
Construction Begins Summer 2024, Construction Ends Summer 2026.
Individuals can register for the public meeting. Details to follow soon.
