Door Alarm Request Form

Orange County Fire Rescue is pleased to provide our community with free door alarm installations. As a reminder, door alarms are only one form of barriers. It is recommended to use multiple layers of protection (i.e. fences, gates, doors, safety covers).

To qualify for a door alarm installation, you must be an Orange County resident AND have at least one (1) entry way point to a body of water (i.e. pool, lake, pond).

Door alarm installations will be on a first come, first served basis. To schedule an installation for your home, please complete the form below and submit.

Read instructions carefully:

  • Please give a 2-3 weeks notice to schedule a door alarm installation.
  • Arrival times are approximate; units are in service and may be diverted to an emergency call.
  • Have an alternate day ready.
  • We cannot endorse any products or service.
  • These services are only available in the unincorporated areas of Orange County. If you are in a city that has its own Fire Department, you will need to call them.
  • In order to schedule your request, the Request Form must be completely filled and submitted.
