The Charter Review Commission convenes every four years to review the Charter, the County government's constitution. Citizens are highly encouraged to attend the meeting and address the Commission during public comment. At this meeting, the first of two public hearings / votes will be had on the following items: 1) Initiative Petitions Committee - Consideration of the proposed amendment revising the Orange County Charter Initiative Petition process 2) Governmental Structure Committee: Consideration of the proposed amendment increasing the number of Orange County Commission Districts
