Description:Orange County Utilities is considering a new gravity sewer collection system in the Heatherwood neighborhood. The project would include connecting individual residences to the municipal sewer main, abandoning existing septic tanks, landscaping and site restoration, resurfacing roadways (materials to match existing), and installing new irrigation service connections with a meter at each residence. Orange County Utilities representatives will present a brief overview of the project, discuss the construction schedule, and address questions. At the end of the meeting, a straw poll will be conducted to gauge overall community interest in the potential project.
