The proposed plan is to change the Future Land Use Map designation on the subject property from Low-Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Commercial (C). We also anticipate a request to change the zoning of the property from R-1 (Single Family Dwelling District) to C-1 (Retail Commercial District). The applicant is proposing to expand the parking for the Hourglass Brewery.
