myOCWellness - The Road Ahead to Wellbeing

myOCWellness covers the eight dimensions of wellness through a points-driven system that keeps wellness at the forefront. Employees and/or spouses earn points throughout the Fiscal Year (October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022) by completing annual exams and other health-related tasks. Once an employee and/or spouse earns at least 70 points individually, the points convert into a $20 or $40 (for both) reduction toward Cigna medical insurance premiums per pay period. Check out the Points Levels tab for a complete list of incentives based on points earned including a day off.

Self-Report Points


To self-report your points, log into mycigna.com and follow the steps below:

  • Click on "wellness" at the top of your screen, then select "view all incentives"
  • Scroll down to the item you are reporting
  • Click on the link that says "Report my goal activity"

The following activities must be self-reported in mycigna.com

  • COVID-19 vaccine (20 points)
  • Life Balance series through myOCLearn (40 points)
  • Participate in IOA Corporate 5K (20 points)
  • 2021 Virtual Health Summit (10 points per workshop/40 points max)
  • Financial Wellness Workshops - took place in Nov. 2020 and Jan. 2021 (10 points per workshop/40 points max)
  • Participate in Countywide Wellness Events (Wellness Expo, Health Summits, Financial Wellness Expo) (Self-Reported) (10 Points max)
  • Participate in IOA Corp 5K or other community organized event 5K or greater (Self-Reported) (20 Points max)
  • Participate in Wellable Challenge(s) (Self-Reported) (20 Points max)
  • Complete OCG Life Balance Series myOCLearn (Self-Reported) (40 Points max)
  • Get the COVID -19 Vaccine (Self-Reported) (20 Points max)
  • Get an annual vision/eye exam (Self-Reported) (20 Points max)
  • Participate in County Sponsored Wellness Webinars (Self-Reported) (10 Points max)
