Are you brave enough to walk, run or swim into Kelly Park's Rock Springs on New Year's Day 2019? Join us for the southern version of a polar bear plunge into crisp 68-degree water; afterward, warm up at the fire with a coffee or hot chocolate. Cost - regular park admission fees: $3 per vehicle for 1 - 2 people; $5 per vehicle for 3 - 8 people; and $1 per additional person, walk-in, motorcycle or bike. Tubes will be available to rent from vendor outside of park and concession stand will be open.
