Residents of unincorporated Orange County will have new garbage and recycling collection service beginning January 1, 2016. Under the new program, homeowners will receive garbage, recycling, and yard waste collections once per week; use two 95-gallon roll carts (one for garbage and one for recycling collection); and schedule large item collection.
