Description:Orange County Utilities will be constructing a new gravity sewer collection system in the Lake Mendelin Estates and Lake Cortez Woods neighborhoods. The project will include connecting individual residences to the municipal water system (in Lake Mendelin Estates) and sewer main, abandoning existing septic tanks, landscaping and site restoration, resurfacing roadways (materials to match existing), and installing new irrigation service connections with a meter at each residence. Orange County Utilities staff will present updated project information, review ballot language, and answer any questions.
