  • Summerlake Park Grand Opening
  • Wednesday, April 17: Mayor Jerry L. Demings and District 1 Commissioner Nicole Wilson host the Summerlake Park Grand Opening, 9:30 a.m. at Summerlake Park, located at 15570 Porter Road, Winter Garden -- see Google map link on web page. This is a FREE event, open to the public.

    Barnett Park Skate Fest: Skate Park One-Year Anniversary
  • Saturday, April 27: celebrate Barnett Park's Skate Park one-year anniversary from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Barnett Park, 4801 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando. Stop in for an afternoon of fun, including free food (while it lasts), music and giveaways. Support provided by CataLyst, Greater Orlando Skatepark Push, Galactic, Getaboard, PLUS and Skate Bud. This is a FREE event, open to the public.
