In the spirit of bringing the message of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to unincorporated areas of Orange County and surrounding communities, Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings has created the first Orange County Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Initiative. Dr. King’s lifelong commitment to civil rights, nonviolence, and justice for all remains promising in today’s society. Through inclusiveness and collaboration, this initiative will commemorate his work and legacy for years to come.

2024 Youth Networking Expo

Build confidence, explore careers, engage the community and create connections! Middle and high school students are invited to attend this free community event to explore the significance of networking, cultivating and sustaining professional connections, and acquiring the essential skills to develop their professional identities. The event will feature speakers, elevator pitch workshops, networking activities, lunch and prizes for students.
