Orange County has adopted the Gridics 3D zoning map, text, and property data platform.

Comprehend, visualize, and interpret zoning code in the following ways:

  • 3D Interactive Map: allows users to visualize the buildable capacity for parcels regulated by the County allowed by zoning. The interactive map combines a wide range of data layers for a more complete understanding of the parcel.
  • Zoning Quick Check: provides parcel-specific zoning data to help users get the answers they need.
  • Zoning Regulation: zoning regulations have been digitized into an easily searchable tool.

Steps:

  1. 1 Access the 3D Zoning Map page
  2. 2 Make sure you are on the Map page. If you are not, select the Map tab on the top right corner of the screen.

  4. 3 On the top left of the screen, search for your parcel on the search bar.
  5. Step 3
  6. 4 Click on COMMENT FORM under Zoning Table - Orange Code Feedback.
  7. Step 4
  8. 5 A form will pop up, complete and submit the form. Then our staff will review your comment and provide feedback.
