an integrated, collaborative manner involving a coalition of community organizations, groups, and
individuals.
Since 1989, the Citizens’ Commission for Children
has provided funding and monitoring of local human service programs that address the needs of children
and families in Orange County. As a leader in a dynamic and diverse community, the Citizens’ Commission
for Children embraces its roles as an
innovator in the growth and transformation of the philosophies and outcome-based funding systems of
services that touch the lives of countless residents in our community.
