Description:Ordinance Amendment Discussion
Chapter 15, Article IX of Orange County Code (Dock Construction Code) is being revised to bring more clarity to construction requirements and to streamline the permitting process. Article IX was last revised in 2004.
Key Revisions
The proposed revisions include changes to terminal platform size, side setbacks, roof height, waivers and variances, and more.
