Description:
A TEFRA Public Hearing is being conducted to receive comments on the approval of the issuance by the Orange County Finance Authority of Homeowner Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $200,000,000. The proceeds of the bond issue will be used to finance purchases by individual first time homeowners of new or existing owner-occupied single family residences situated in Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake Counties, and/or to refund indebtedness incurred for such purposes.
