We provide care for those without insurance. But we also see patients with private or government sponsored insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare and Florida KidCare.

Specialized Care

Additional medical attention is available by referral from the Primary Care program. The Secondary program provides specialty physicians, pharmacy, lab and nurse case management.

Eligibility:

  • Adult Orange County resident
  • U.S. citizen or resident alien
  • Low Income (125% or less of the Federal Poverty Level)
  • Uninsured
  • No Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Insurance including Veterans Administration benefits

Documents Needed:

  • Photo ID
  • Proof of income- four weeks prior to application for eligibility

Eligible patients with complex medical problems are assessed and diagnosed, then referred to a network of specialists.

Orange County is a payer of last resort for those without other coverage including Medicare, Medicaid, privately purchased or employer-offered insurance, or Veteran's Administration. Potentially covered patients must apply for other coverage for which they may be eligible so Orange County does not spend limited resources on those who have other resources.
