Escrow Activity and Balances
Escrow Activity and Balances are as of
last night, and Do not reflect any pending Permits.
FastTrack Permits
FastTrack permits may be submitted at any time, but
will be processed only during regular office hours. During office hours, Permit
Analysts will review all submitted online sub permit applications and then send
them to cashiering for payment/activation.
Please note, sub permits which include drawings can only be processed at our office.
Building Division office hours for any sub permits are 8AM to 5PM,
Monday through Friday. NOTE: Only Active Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical
contractors with escrow accounts may now Sign Up To Use FastTrack permitting.
FastTrack Permits Restrictions
FastTrack Permits will not process the following permit types. If your work fits any of the following descriptions, please use an alternate method of permit application.
Supplemental
permits: FastTrack Permits will issue the permit; however, fees will be charged at full permit
rates rather than at supplemental rates.
Permits
for rough-in or pre-wire in combination with finish work: FastTrack Permits are restricted to EITHER rough-in/pre-wire work OR
finish work, not both.
Violations:
FastTrack Permits will
not allow an application to be processed against a property having an
un-cured violation.
Shell
Permits: Work
that ties to a shell permit is not handled by FastTrack Permits.
