This program inspects all regulated facilities to ensure they install, operate, maintain, and close tanks systems in accordance with State rules, Chapter 62-761 and 62-762, Florida Administrative Code, Storage Tank Systems.  Types of inspections include annual compliance, tank closures and installations, discharges, and complaints.  When necessary, the Program initiates enforcement actions on facilities found to be out of compliance.
