A zoning verification letter is a request by an applicant to the division for verification of the property zoning and whether that property zoning is consistent with the County Comprehensive Plan. An applicant may request additional information regarding the property if desired.

$222.00 – if located within a Planned Development (PD)
$128.00 – if property is conventional zoned (i.e., A-1, R-1, C-1, Ind-2)
