Complete and submit an Application for
Variance
or
Waiver
for a
Dock Construction Permit
.
Application can be mailed, delivered or faxed to Orange County Environmental Protection Division (EPD), 800 Mercy Drive, Suite 4, Orlando, FL 32808. Fax: (407) 836-1499.
Application is reviewed for compliance with
County regulations
by EPD.
EPD will conduct a site review.
EPD will send a Request for Additional Information if needed.
Once the permit application is administratively and technically complete, EPD issues the Dock Permit.
The permit is valid for one (1) year.
Fees
$409.00 (for appeals and variances).
