Chapter 15, Article IX of Orange County Code (Dock Construction Code) is being revised to bring more clarity to construction requirements and to streamline the permitting process. Article IX was last revised in 2004. Stakeholder input is welcome. Key Revisions include changes to platform size, side setbacks, roof height, noticing timeframes, waivers and variances, and more.
