Therefore, the request is considered a large-scale amendment to the Orange County Future Land Use Map, requiring two rounds of County review: transmittal public hearings, followed by adoption public hearings. The applicant is proposing a mixed-use development featuring up to 75,000 square feet of retail uses and 233 townhomes.
