Description:
The proposal is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of the subject property
from Office (O) to High Density Residential ? Student Housing (HDR ? Student Housing) to allow
for a student housing development. This application does not currently include a request to amend
the Quadrangle Planned Development Land Use Plan but will require such an amendment. This is the
second of two proposed changes within the Quadrangle Planned Development (the other request is on
University Boulevard).
