Demings and District 3 Commissioner Mayra Uribe will celebrate this new amenity with a ribbon cutting on Saturday, November 1, 10 a.m., with ongoing activities to 1 p.m., at Barber Park. Stop in for the 10 a.m. ribbon cutting, followed by an afternoon of fun, including music, giveaways and more until 1 p.m.!

Hockey Rink and Pickleball-Lined Courts Schedule: please check the calendar to confirm availability.

• Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Open play is offered on Mondays and Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., for ages 18 and older; cost: free.
